Benefits of Being a Preventative Maintenance Customer:
-Equipment lasts longer with fewer costly breakdowns.
-Your Equipment operates more efficiently by optimizing efficiencies, saving you up to 20%  on energy costs.
Preferred Customer Status means if you do have an emergency break down, your call is  moved to the top of the list with NO charges for overtime, 24-hours a day.
-Once on the Preferred Customer list, you will receive a 20% discount on parts and labor.

All manufacturers of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ice making equipment recommend regular scheduled cleaning and service to keep the equipment running at peak efficiency, save energy, and give the equipment longer life and reduce equipment failure.

Our Preventative Maintenance agreements are on the terms of monthly, quarterly (every 3 months), semi-yearly (every 6 months) depending on your equipment. You may also get them packaged together, so if you own a business and would like all your equipment maintenanced, or, if you just want select units maintenanced. We have a program that fits your needs!

Preventative Maintenance Facts:
-As much as 80% of all compressor failures could be eliminated if the problems leading to
the failure were corrected in a timely manner. These problems are typically detected and  eliminated in regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
-A refrigerant undercharge of just 10% can increase operating costs by almost 20%.
-A dirty evaporator, condenser or blower can increase operating costs by 50% or more.
-Just 1/100 of an inch of film or dirt on an evaporator coil can reduce it’s efficiency by 5%.
-Refrigerant should never need to be replaced under normal operating conditions.
If refrigerant must be added every year, your equipment could have an expensive leak
that should be repaired.
